Exterior Paint Design
The Redding Airport Business Park is expanding easily due to the popularity of its paint scheme. With the promise of being part of the most attractive business park in the area, new opportunities found them during expansion. A new tenant came to them ready with plans, and the City of Redding approved the 100,000 sq ft. building without adding additional regulations (like fake windows). This business park included six designs. Cal Electro received such a great response that Cal Electro Way was designed and painted with the same color palette.
How does it work? You provide elevation plans and present guidelines; you receive a few designs based on the consultation and landscape, including color palettes. Then you can choose or combine designs for the final design. The elevation plans are to scale, so measurements and templates are then provided to execute the painting.

The first building design (above) was inspired by its mountainous background; the landscape is an important element in all of these designs.
Mural
Make your place a destination! Murals improve both employee and guest experience. The Highlands Resort mural organically increased influencer and social media marketing. The original design was so successful on apparel that it was modified into a mural format. The painting turned into a mini-event as guests watched and recorded the mural progress. Their branding is now more solid and can be printed on anything.
This restaurant got a facelift inspired by Think Pink and used its own branded color palette. We did a fun redesign of the logo and added oversized silverware, choosing images over signs to communicate clearly. The boon eat+drink mural and signage were done on the ground, hardibacker was installed after painting due to the difficult location of the signage.
Apparel Design
There was a need for souvenirs and sweaters at this resort. This apparel design immediately increased profits, selling out popular sizes within a few months. Branding that inspired the mural and magnets.
